REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION

  1.  The approved papers will be published in the proceedings by the dates of the conference.

  2. By 09 April 2010 the paper proposals have to be sent to the Scientific Conference e-mail (sc2010@af-acad.bg) with a copy to the listed in the table e-mails of the Review Committee members responsible for the particular topic.

  3. The Review Committee will inform the authors for the acceptance/rejection or necessary editing of their papers by 16 April 2010.

  4. The application form, the final version of the paper in electronic format and a scanned in a file copy of the voucher for the paid participation fee have to be submitted to the Scientific Conference e-mail (sc2010@af-acad.bg) by 23 April 2010.

  1. Working languages of the conference are Bulgarian, English and Russian.

  2. The papers will be published in the conference proceedings in the language they were presented.  

  3. The maximum number of papers of each presenter (independently or in co-authorship) is three.

  4. The time for a paper presentation and its discussion should not exceed 15 minutes.

  5. The final version of the program will be handed out to the participants upon registration.

  6. The participation fee is 25 EUR.

  1. Registration of the participants is from 08.00 to 16.00 on the 21 May 2010 and  from 08.00 to 12.00 on the 22 May 2010 at the Aviation Faculty of “V. Levski” NMU – Dolna Mitropolia.


REQUIREMENTS FOR PAPERS

  1. Papers are to be prepared for offset printing without any additional editing.

  2. In order to format the file of the paper, use the sample file which can be downloaded here (popov_propulsion_02.doc). Please do not number the pages; they will be numbered in the compiled conference proceedings.

  3. The edited file of the paper should be converted into .pdf format. For converting, the online converter could be used:  http://document.online-convert.com/convert-to-pdf

  4. The paper is to be submitted via email in pdf format with the name of the file in Latin lowercase as follows: name_keyword_sc.pdf. In this case name is the family name of the first author, keyword is the keyword of the title of the paper, sc is the number of the conference topic, for instance popov_propulsion_02.pdf.

  5. While preparing the paper the authors have to observe the requirements of the Law for Protection of the Classified Information and the Regulations implementing this law. The authors themselves define the classification level of information security of their materials. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact the assistant responsible for information security in the review committee.

  6. ORGANIZERS RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO PUBLISH PAPERS WHICH DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.
